Description
These Alligator Ready Set™ RS125J24/600NC staple belt fasteners are 24‑inch steel splice strips designed for quickly joining light‑ to medium‑duty conveyor belts. Each strip features pre‑inserted staples, ensuring uniform penetration and a strong, reliable mechanical splice. The hinge design uses nylon‑covered hinge pins for smooth belt articulation and long splice life.
This kit originally included 4 complete splice sets, but only 2 sets remain unused. The unused strips and pins show clean, bright metal with no visible wear. The used strips exhibit typical signs of installation or handling but are still useful for parts or repair applications. These splices fit belts in the 1/8″ – 3/16″ (3.2 – 4.8 mm) thickness range and are widely used in agriculture, grain handling, feed operations, fertilizer facilities, and light industrial conveyors.
